By accessing this website, purchasing or requesting deployment of our custom web systems, CRM dashboards, and integrated AI tools, you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy.

If you represent an enterprise client, corporation, or other legal entity, you assert that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from utilizing our software suites or site resources.

CrossTechSolutions provides custom web development, backend automation, client portals, and AI systems. Any software products deployed on your infrastructure are subject to the following rules:

  • License: Unless otherwise specified in a custom Master Services Agreement (MSA), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to run the software only for your internal business operations.
  • Restrictions: You may not sell, lease, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the proprietary code segments of our software, or use them to construct competitive service offerings.
  • AI Conversational Bots: Custom chatbots are intended for automated client communication. You retain responsibility for checking bot outputs and configuring safety thresholds.

account_circle 3. Accounts, Safety and Responsibilities

For any secure client dashboard, CRM or code repository hosted by CrossTechSolutions, you are responsible for:

  • Safeguarding login credentials, usernames, API tokens, and access keys.
  • All user actions and operations performed under your tenant environment or API keys.
  • Ensuring your team does not exploit, disrupt or load-test our endpoints without prior written consent.

The trademarks, service marks, logo designs, custom CSS layouts, tech-grid systems, and website assets featured on this website are the sole property of CrossTechSolutions. All rights are reserved.

Deliverables built explicitly under a customized, fully-paid contract are transferred in ownership in accordance with the specific terms outlined in your project statement of work.

OUR SYSTEMS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

In no event shall CrossTechSolutions, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses) resulting from:

  • Your access to or inability to access or use the systems.
  • Any unauthorized access to our servers and/or personal data stored therein.
  • Errors, downtime, or service disruptions in third-party integrations (e.g. Google APIs, OpenAI endpoints, or cloud providers).

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CrossTechSolutions operates, without regard to conflict of law rules.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. When updates occur, the revised "Effective Date" at the top of this page will be updated.
